A note from TCB Radio Network founder, Krista Joy:
Hello Elvis fans!!
You have heard me mention the fabulous facebook group Elvis: Find Out What’s Happening – Then and Now on almost every show since day one of TCB Radio Network on Facebook Live. This facebook group has thousands of members and is officially recognized by Elvis Presley Enterprises. Admin and founder of Elvis: Find Out What’s Happening – Then and Now, Cissie Lowe Young, has been wonderfully supportive of our show and website – ever since we first began. So of course when she asked for my help with spreading the word about her recent project, of course I immediately said yes!
Cissie is spearheading a fundraising campaign for a charity near and dear to Elvis’s heart, St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
A note from Cissie:
“My group has a post for donations to St. Jude research Hospital in Memphis if anyone is interested in donating. Thank you so much and the post is “pinned” in my group with the link. St. Jude is located in Memphis TN and has a great reputation and has done so much for children and their families. This fundraiser is only set up for 30 days and the goal is set at $1000.00 with hopes of more. This is a way of giving back and also we are doing this in Elvis Presley’s name in honor of him through the Elvis group. It’s entirely up to the individual whether or not you would like to donate. Anything will be appreciated. I do not touch any of the money. I only can see what is given and can let anyone know if they ask me. It is a very secured site. Elvis would be proud! The deadline for these donations will be Feb.14, 2018, Valentine’s Day! What a Sweet Gift! Thank You and God Bless Everyone.
If you prefer to mail a check, Donations should be mailed to:
St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital
P.O. Box 50
Memphis TN 38101-9929
Please just mention her group name, Elvis: Find out what’s happening -Then and Now. This way St. Jude can add it to the total collection.
This donation campaign through the group will only be accepted until February 14, 2018, Valentine’s Day – so act fast!
